Data Usage: Your name, email and phone number is solely used for the purpose of sending you appointment reminders and when you opt in for email and SMS marketing, your email and phone number is used to communicate promotional details related to our products or services. For SMS, message & data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
3. Data Security: We protect your data through encryption and secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
4. Data Retention:  Your data is kept only as long as you remain a customer of Art of Aesthetics Medical Spa. 
5. SMS Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any one of our marketing SMS messages to unsubscribe from our SMS list. After unsubscribing, we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. 
6. Email Opt-Out: In any marketing email we send to you, there will be an Unsubscribe link, which you can use to unsubscribe from promotional emails. After unsubscribing, we will remove your email from our list within 24 hours.
